1 cup butter
2 cups flour
4 T sugar
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Cream butter and sugar together. Add flour, vanilla and pecans. Dough
will be very thick!
Chill dough for 1 – 2 hours.
Using table spoon take a chunk of dough and roll it into a medium size
finger. Place on un greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 – 45 minutes at 300
Remove from oven and roll in powered sugar while warm. Once cool –
roll again in powered sugar.
